Delete your KWYH data

You can delete your KWYH data at any time, whether or not you still have the app installed.

From the app

Open KWYH and go to Settings → Account → Delete all your data, then confirm. Your account and all of your data — inventory items, photos, vendors, colour records, and settings — are removed immediately. This cannot be undone.

Without the app

Email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. from the email address your account is registered under, with the subject line “Delete my data”. We verify that the request comes from the account owner’s address, then permanently complete the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your login credentials (account deletion only), inventory items, photos, vendors, colour records, app settings, and any feedback you submitted through the app. Any residual synchronization records are permanently purged within 30 days of deletion. Technical diagnostic logs are anonymized — they are permanently disconnected from your identity at the moment your account is deleted.
